- After Wendesday 21 October 2015, no reimbursment will be possible.
- Symposium paper authors: To have your paper included in the proceedings, the presenter must cover a regular registration on or before SEPTEMBER 13, 2015 and present the paper at the event. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one regular registration per accepted paper is needed. Papers that do not adhere to this policy will be removed from the final LNCS proceedings.
- Registration fees are in Euros (€), and include all coffee breaks, lunches, the conference banquet, and a copy of the proceedings. Registrations are non-refundable.
